After Choden left, Toran went to the ground and started doing push ups. He did various workouts out of habit. He will be doing pushups for the next half hour, getting in about one thousand. It was a light workout, but it was necessary, to keep him from loosing muscle. His biology lessons taught him that he lost 7 percent of the muscle he had built up over the years every day he missed a routine. Toran did not want to spend the next two weeks with an extra session in order to get back that 7 percent.
