My friend David, who works with me at pizza hut, had a hard time as a child growing up in a rough neighborhood. He had to learn to stand his ground when being targeted by bullies. He says that he lost just about every fight he had been in. After about a hundred he finally won a fight. This might be a bit of an exaggeration as it may have felt like he had been in a hundred fights or he really was in about a hundred fights. It really doesn't matter, the message is still the same. You learn to fight by fighting. This is something you must do in order to learn it. This must be done against all you fears against all you misgivings. You must fight in order to learn how to do it."
