In the past I have been intermittently interested in pulling information out of my subconscious. I will wake from dream and have a single word or phase in my head that I have to immediately write down lest I forget. The longer I'm awake the harder it is to remember the idea. Recently I have been using a flame meditation which is based on techniques that I have read about. Interestingly enough some of these techniques come from fantasy books.
